MNCCC is open and accepting new clients. We are still seeing clients in-office; however in light of the COVID-19 situation we also offer online video/tele-therapy sessions. We have a HIPAA compliant tele-therapy platform in place and have been offering online therapy as part of our regular practice for over a year. We will help guide you through the process and assist you in getting set up for online sessions.

We also have an app called "MyTherapist" (all one word) that you can download free from the app store to your mobile device. Once downloaded, you can login by using the same information used to log in to the client portal; last name, DOB and client PIN. The app is a convenient way to view and confirm your upcoming appointments, schedule future appointments, submit payments, view a record of past payments made to your account, securely send/receive e-mail messages, download intake documents, connect to online therapy sessions and more.

If you are a registered client at MNCCC the client portal is a convenient way to schedule appointments with your therapist, and much more! To begin, click the client portal link below and you will be instructed to enter your last name, DOB and personal PIN. If you have not yet received a PIN or have forgotten your PIN click the client portal login below and you will find a "Request PIN" link to have your PIN sent to you. Please use the same PIN each time you log in to the client portal.
