More About Annie

I provide in-office and remote therapy for adults and couples using an integrative approach that blends psychodynamic insight with the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In our work together, we explore the patterns and experiences that shape your inner world while also developing concrete skills to help you respond to life’s challenges more effectively.

Beginning therapy can be challenging, especially when you’re unsure what to expect. I help simplify the process by offering a supportive, structured approach that focuses on skill-building, insight, creating achievable goals and meeting clients where they are at to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress at your own pace.
