Marriage, Couples & Relationship Counseling
Minnesota Counseling and Couples Center specializes in Marriage and Couples Therapy, Individual Counseling, Relationship Counseling and Sex/Intimacy Therapy. We work with Couples, Individuals and Families from all stages of life, various backgrounds and experiences. It is our goal to provide the best, most effective therapy to meet your specific needs and to help work through your individual or relationship concerns.
The therapists at MNCCC are marriage, couples and relationship counseling specialists. Our clinical focus is healing and strengthening relationships. Relationship counseling involves working together and separately with each partner to identify what might be the individual issues affecting the relationship in addition to the inter-relational couple dynamics that are causing distress to the relationship.
We address individual concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, bi-polar, OCD, addictions, anger, chemical dependency, compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual dysfunctions, healing post divorce, un-coupling, dating/relationship coaching, or other relationship concerns.
We work with couples in crisis, struggling in the aftermath of the discovery of an affair or sexual addiction. We also see couples who are discerning their commitment to their marriage and are seeking help to understand if reconciliation or uncoupling is the best option. We are
pro-marriage/pro-commitment therapist, meaning we honor and support your commitment to your marriage/partnership, as you work towards healing.
Additionally, we help couples seeking help with: pre-marital counseling, discernment of your relationship, infidelity/affairs, communication issues, high conflict cycles, emotional distance, sex/intimacy concerns, family/parenting issues, reunification post separation, sexual addiction healing, traumatic experiences/PTSD; all the difficulties and struggles preventing you from experiencing the happiness and wellness you deserve.
