More About Robert

I have specific training in working with couples, families, and individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, communication and conflict resolution, substance use and addiction, grief, trauma, and attachment issues, marriage, divorce, and co-parenting challenges. I have worked with clients from a number of different cultures, including immigrant families, and members of law enforcement. My approach is genuine and authentic, warm, inviting, and direct. I love helping couples and families learn to take down emotional walls, to trust and support each other, and see each other’s goodness and strengths.
