More About Shannon

I provide faith-based, trauma-informed therapy that integrates spiritual truth with evidence-based care. Together we uncover patterns, heal wounds, and build skills in emotion, boundaries, and connection—helping you grow in wholeness with yourself, others, and God.

I help clients heal from behavioral and chemical addiction, including sexual and eating disorders, codependency, current or historical trauma, negative behavior patterns, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. Together, we clarify goals, make meaningful connections and integrate that information, strengthen faith, rebuild trust, and most importantly, develop skills for lasting change—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Clients describe me as direct, discerning, compassionate, and truth-driven. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful and challenging questions, and offer honest feedback with warmth and clarity. Therapy is both insightful and practical—we explore within and develop outwardly, building courage, hope, and consistent change.

Healing is possible through honesty, courage, and grace. I help you uncover cycles, strengthen emotional and spiritual resilience, and build skills for lasting peace. When life feels unmanageable, you don’t have to face it alone—let’s begin your healing journey today.

My therapy journey grew from faith and a passion for seeing people restored. I’ve witnessed how pain and dysfunction pass through families, but also how grace can transform them. I became a therapist to walk beside others as they find healing, freedom, and purpose through faith.

In our first session, we’ll review informed consent, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring your background and goals. This time is focused on building trust, understanding your story, and laying the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship.
